Weddings & events
How far will she travel?
Brussels and the rest of Belgium as standard. Sardinia and the rest of Europe by arrangement, with travel and instrument transport added to the fee.
What does it cost?
It depends on the date, the distance and how much of the day the harp is needed for. Write with the date and the place and you will get a straight figure back.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can for a Saturday in summer. A duo needs longer than solo, since it depends on two diaries.
Can we ask for a specific piece?
Yes, where a harp score exists or can be made. Ask early: an arrangement takes time to write, and longer to learn than a piece already in the hands.
How long does she play for?
A ceremony is usually thirty to forty minutes including the waiting music; a reception is an hour or two, played in sets with short breaks.
Can she play with other musicians?
Solo is the default. Duo Léger (harp and tenor), Zéphyr Duo (harp and flute) and Harpes en écho (three harps) are standing ensembles with their own repertoire. A second or third musician depends on more than one diary, so it is worth asking early.
Does the harp need amplification?
In a church, a hall, a gallery or a dining room, the harp carries on its own. For a large marquee, an open terrace or a room full of conversation, a discreet microphone can be arranged.
What space does the harp need?
About two metres square of level, firm floor. A pedal harp weighs around forty kilos and stands taller than the person playing it; the lever harp is lighter and suits a garden or a boat.
Can she play outdoors?
Yes, with shade from direct sun and cover if rain is possible: both instruments are wood and gut, and go out of tune quickly in heat.
Which languages does she work in?
Italian, English or French, with your planner or directly with you.

Where can I find her upcoming concerts?
On the calendar page, with venues and ticket links where they exist. New dates are added as they are confirmed.
Can she be booked for a concert or a festival?
Yes. Write through the contact page with the dates and the place; enquiries are answered within five working days.
Press kit
Can I use the photographs?
Yes. The press kit has the photographs in high resolution, with credits, free to use with the credit listed. No registration is needed.
Where are programme notes and technical riders?
Programme notes, running times, technical riders and unlisted video links are available on request through the contact page.
Teaching
Who are the lessons for?
Pedal and lever harp, all levels. In Brussels through the season, in Sardinia during residencies, or online from anywhere, in Italian, English or French.
How long are the masterclasses?
One to three days, for groups of six to ten.
Can a Pop'Harpe workshop come to a school?
Yes. They run with schools and community organisations: build the instrument, then play it.
