A concert harp is a large, precious instrument, one that asks for care and space. The cardboard Pop'Harpe is light and made almost from nothing: it can be built in a workshop and brought into schools and cultural centres. Two harps, two ways of reaching people.
For conservatoires and festivals: masterclasses of one to three days for groups of six to ten, on orchestral excerpts, audition preparation and contemporary techniques. For individual students: lessons in Brussels, in Sardinia or online, on pedal and lever harp at every level, in Italian, English or French.
Build the instrument, then play it. Workshops run with schools and community organisations.
A first encounter with music for the youngest children and their parents, with Calins asbl and L'Entrela' in Brussels, Evere and Saint-Gilles. Forty minutes on the floor, close enough to feel the strings move, with sessions for expectant parents too.
